Susan Jarmuz-Smith presents ethics lecture at USM

Susan Jarmuz-Smith, M.S., BCBA, board certified behavior analyst and assistant lecturer in the UNE Department of Psychology, was an invited lecturer at the University of Southern Maine Ethics Lectures.

Jarmuz-Smith's lecture was titled "Ethics in the Application of Behavior Analytic Assessment, Intervention and Planning." The presentation included a review of existing BACB ethical guidelines, comparison of BACB, APA and NASP guidelines, and participant use of  the problem solving process for resolving ethical dilemmas.

As Jarmuz-Smith is an Approved Continuing Education provider, attendees received BACB Type 2 Ethics credits for their participation.
