Garrett is a 1999 graduate of Westbrook College/UNE. After 23 years in private practice, Garrett joined the dental hygiene faculty in August 2021. His teaching assignments include Special Care I, Community Health I and II, Dental Materials and Dental Materials Lab, and Clinic I and II.
