Student research experiences at UNE COM instill a commitment to evidence-based practice, reinforce the pursuit of new knowledge, and yield a more informed generation of osteopathic physicians.
Predoctoral Anatomy/OMM Teaching Fellowship Program
Students in this undergraduate fellowship function as junior faculty in our first-year curriculum. The program requires an extension of the pre-doctoral training period by 12 months, resulting in a total time between matriculation and graduation of five years. It is designed to allow for greater clinical experiences in skillfully practicing and performing osteopathic manipulative medicine with clinical supervision and exploring teaching in academic medicine.
